Most of our professional staff roles, outside of subject matter expert, also require a proven ability to develop leaders for .

Coach and mentor leaders of tomorrow's most valuable companies. Work with driven entrepreneurs on mission critical challenges. Assist them in charting their best path forward. Monitor continual implementation of strategy and improvement initiatives.

General credentials required - Business Coach:
  • 10+ yrs as president or owner of a small business, starting with less than 20 employees.

  • 3+ yrs in an INC 500, Pre-IPO, PE or VC backed firm in a CEO, COO, CFO or other CXO role.

  • Ability to develop leaders and a passion for training and teaching others.

  • Excellent project management expertise ; consulting experience helpful.

  • Well documented client and employee relations excellence.

  • A natural predisposition towards coaching and facilitating leadership styles.

  • Strong track record of company growth resulting in successful exits.

 

Work with exceptionally talented individuals in dynamic, fast changing environments. Support CEO and senior management members in best leveraging their collective and individual talents. Further develop their leadership and executive skill sets.

General credentials required - Executive Coach:
  • 5 + years in management within small business (10-100 employees.) 

  • 5 + years in senior executive role with Profit and Loss responsibility:

  • Experience coaching presidents and CEOs, preferably in SMB market.

  • Minimum 2000 practice hours, majority with business executives.

  • Familiarity with validated assessment instruments (DISC, PI, 360, etc).

  • Well documented client relations excellence and exposure to supervision models.

  • Results in terms of behavior change related to leadership development and ROI.

 

Work with exceptionally talented leaders within industry changing engagements. Assist in deep understanding of critical elements relevant to important domains of focus. Assist in uncovering methods to move beyond industry status quo.

General credentials required - Subject Matter Expert:
  • Sought out expert in your particular area of knowledge.

  • Published many books, white papers or articles within focused scope.

  • Speaks in industry events or legal venues about chosen topics.

  • Advocate of small business and familiar with entrepreneurial environments.

  • At least one year experience as part of a consulting group.

  • Has conducted recent studies or research in areas of focus.

Take a hands on role within dynamic entrepreneurial environments. Act in a part time interim executive capacity. Represent our clients in a leadership role as a part time interim executive.The qualifications here are similar to those of a Business Coach. This role is hands on and can involve full day work schedules and travel, unlike coaching.

General credentials required - Interim executive:
  • 10+ yrs as president or owner of a small business, starting with less than 20 employees.

  • 3 + yrs as owner/director of inc 500, pre-IPO , private equity owned or equivalent firm.

  • Natural predisposition towards coaching and facilitation leadership styles.

  • Ability to develop leaders and a passion for training and teaching others.

  • Well documented client and employee relations excellence.

  • Excellent project management expertise, consulting experience helpful.

  • Strong track record of company growth resulting in successful exits.
