General Credentials Required
  • 10+ yrs as president or owner of a small business, starting with less than 20 employees.

  • 3 + yrs as owner/director of inc 500, pre-IPO , Private Equity owned or equivalent firm.

  • Natural predisposition towards coaching and facilitation leadership styles.

  • Ability to develop leaders and a passion for training and teaching others.

  • Well documented client and employee relations excellence.

  • Excellent project management expertise; consulting experience helpful.

  • Strong track record of company growth resulting in successful exits.
